Defining Yoga, Tantra, Mantra, Yantra And Kundalini

Yoga, Tantra, Mantra & Yantra  are faculty of physical, spiritual and philosophic practices. It may mean many different things to different practioner  in myriads of traditions. To me, although the means are different, the end result is winding of both towards same goal.
To distinct it simpler, it goes back to both historical and contemporary answers. Firstly, let's define each of the terms.

Yoga a striving physically towards spiritual attainment. To get appropriate body mass and steady mind to meditate, to get in good shape and healthier body.
Tantra simply means a formulated techniques or a short cut method to attain goals or desires. Historically, by the kula gotra descend, tantra involves deity especially goddesses rituals, observation of the moon and solar phase,  physical and emotional intelligence and energetic embodiment, esoteric teachings under guru sisya parambara.  Meanwhile yoga emphasized physical discipline to attain discipline of mind to meditation.

Mantra essentially means a syllable represented by a word associated with sound frequencies. A verse or many lines of sound syllables are put together in words to initiate a particular sound frequencies to achieve what is inspired. For example the mantra or humming performed in Bhakthi Yoga.

Yantra on the other hand are symbols. The usage of symbolic tools to attain one's desire i.e an idol, 3 dimensional or multi dimensional objects or paintings. Some very famous dimensional objects are the Sri Chakra (2 D), Mahameru, Pyramids etc. It can also be used as pendants or rings.

In the ancient,  Yoga, Tantra, Mantra & Yantra are various applications of energetic disciplines used as an enforcement to raise the life force within us known as the Kundalini to become better self of us. So one does not let the life to remain dormant and utilise the energy to perform and achieve goals in life. I suggest one to understand the above in both conservative (physical) and spiritual realm. That gives a solid visual conceptualization.

Kundalini is the life force within each individual. The dynamic fuel we are all made up with. Its the force that fuels what we are, that governs our existence and our exhibits, our physique and mind, the way we look, our height, colour and etc. How we govern our success in life and our character are build based on our very own Kundalini energy. Therefore it is very much of our very own conscious creation.

Upon puberty, the raised energy becomes dormant at the spine's tail bone. Meaning, the hormonal changes creates the equilibrium lay backs. In order to raise and reach our goal, we need something to keep inspiring and pushing towards our goal. Energy can be used for positive or negative achievement, hence instilling and propagating positive mental attitude, will ensure good results.

In current era where humans are very much in raised consciousness, all the above methods can be more simplified to attain anything in life let it be materialistic or spiritual. A simple but consistent exercises, activities that promotes well being breathing, mindfulness, meditation and becoming harmony with self by listening to our body, blend with nature can tap and raise the consciousness.

We are the 3 dimensional tool. The body is the temple and soul as the God. Working our body will all the above methods will definitely raise our vibrations and level of consciousness towards Self Realization.
